About Harith

Harith Khan is a Partner at Tai & Khan Partnership and leads the firm’s debt recovery and litigation practice. He is an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya, admitted in November 2018.

He holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Reading and was called to the Bar of England and Wales by Lincoln’s Inn, after completing the Bar Professional Training Course at City University London.

Harith completed his pupillage at Wong & Partners, a member firm of Baker McKenzie, in the Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property practice group. There he worked on commercial disputes, intellectual property enforcement and regulatory compliance, and trained in advocacy, negotiation and the day-to-day management of litigation.

His practice today is in debt recovery and civil litigation. He acts for businesses and individuals on letters of demand, statutory demands, court proceedings and the enforcement of judgments. He also advises on wills, probate and the administration of estates.

Harith explains each step of a matter in plain language, including how fees are charged, so a client can decide with the facts in front of them.
